About

I build practical systems for money, learning, work, and momentum.

This site is where I document what I am learning, what I am building, and how I turn messy real-life questions into something clearer, calmer, and more useful. It is not a success story. It is a systems story.

Still Figuring It Out

The point is not pretending the process is finished.

I wrote Still Figuring It Out in the middle of building better systems for my own time, money, learning, energy, and direction. Not after. That distinction matters because most useful systems are built while life is still in motion.

The book follows the same loop I keep using here: learn what is happening, apply one small thing, reflect honestly, and improve the system without pretending the work is finished.

The phrase is not an excuse to stay unclear. It is a commitment to keep paying attention, keep testing, keep documenting, and keep improving without turning the process into a performance.

A lot of the clarity came from ordinary moments: debt I had to look at directly, burnout I had to stop minimizing, tutoring sessions that reminded me what I could still do, and people asking better questions than I was ready to answer.

Building The Knowledge Plug website opened another lane. It started as a home for the tutoring business, then became proof of a design skill. People noticed how clean it looked. Mockups turned into pitches. Pitches turned into possible client work. That became Brookbury Studio: simple design, real results for local businesses, creators, nonprofits, and organizations.

Personal OS

The same thinking runs through the personal and professional work.

Money

Make the numbers visible.

Whether it is a personal spending audit or a workplace report, clarity starts by turning vague concern into specific information.

Learning

Explain what is hard to see.

Tutoring, documentation, training, and analysis all depend on making confusing things easier to understand and act on.

Systems

Build loops people can return to.

Good systems reduce friction. They make the next step visible without requiring perfect motivation, perfect memory, or a perfect week.

How This Connects

Professionally, this becomes analysis, documentation, and better workflows.

My professional work connects finance, operations, reporting, audit and compliance support, ERP workflows, process improvement, documentation, and AI-enhanced systems.

The throughline is simple: understand what is happening, explain it clearly, improve the process, and leave behind something that other people can use.
